The manufacturing department is mainly responsible for the design and manufacture of new product molds, with more than 225 professional technicians, including mold design, processing programming, CNC, milling machine, EDM, grinder operators, mold fitter, polisher and so on. At present, the department has more than 20 processing and testing equipment, 25 CNC machining centers, 32 EDM spark machines, and more than 300 machines of various models, such as milling machines, grinders, lathes and projection detectors.
